About us
Established in 2011, Chehalem Valley Brewery had a vision to satisfy a variety of beer connoisseurs with their local ingredients and long time beer knowledge. Starting with a history of home brewing, and an excitement for sharing new creations, CVB opened their doors in Newberg, Oregon where they have established a family-friendly traditional style brewery and restaurant where the local community can gather.
The brew masters at CVB aim to choose the highest quality ingredients from local providers and work at maintaining sustainability within the company. They use a micro brewing system which allows for creativity and experimentation for a wide variety of ales to cater to their customers.
At CVB, our goal is to provide consistent food, exceptional service, and a unique and traditional brew pub experience for our customers. We appreciate the support of our locals which is the driving factor of our team in keeping our doors open and giving back to our community.

A beer for everyone - CVB is known for its wide variety of brews. Whether it be a Blonde, IPA, Amber, or Stout there is something for everyone. We even carry rotating cider taps for a refreshing twist!
Fresh local ingredients - At CVB we have chosen traditional style pub food using high quality, fresh ingredients by local sustainable providers. Our menu caters to a wide variety of customers as we have vegetarian and gluten free options.
